01 / Profile

A career built
between worlds.

My work sits between worlds: technology and policy, public purpose and private innovation, strategy and delivery.

I began in journalism, then moved into international public policy, digital finance and development cooperation. That path taught me to ask sharper questions, understand different institutional cultures and translate complexity without flattening it.

Today, I lead Expertise France's Digital Unit, shaping multi-country programmes and partnerships across Africa, MENA and Asia-Pacific. Relocating from Paris to Boston gives this international practice a new transatlantic base.

04 / Consulting

Find the support
that fits your institution.

I support organisations when a digital ambition needs sharper choices, the right partners and a credible route to delivery. A core strength is connecting people across sectors—and turning those introductions into partnerships that can act.

Cross-sector connector

From a government need to the right company—or a technology to the institutions that can use and fund it—I identify the missing actors, convene the room and help shape a shared proposition.

Build a coalition around a digital ambition

Your challenge

You have a policy priority, but need to translate it into a realistic sequence of decisions, investments and partnerships.

Why work with me

I bring an outside perspective grounded in public-sector realities, donor expectations and technology ecosystems—and can identify and convene the companies, funders and technical actors needed to move from ambition to delivery.

How I can help
  • Digital strategy and roadmap
  • Cross-sector partner identification
  • Programme and results architecture
  • Funding and investment narrative
What we can build together

05 / Writing & publications

Ideas deserve
a clear voice.

Long-form writing is another way I investigate change: through interviews, policy research and essays at the intersection of technology, development and society.
